
Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
2 | whole farm fresh eggs |
3 tbsp | oat flour |
1 tsp | baking soda |
2-4 tbsp | unsweetened almond milk |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Decadent Chocolate or Vanilla Bean |
Toppings (optional)
fresh blueberries | |
fresh Strawberries | |
banana slices | |
almond butter | |
maple syrup | |
yogurt |
Recipe
- Whisk all ingredients together in small mixing bowl.
- Heat skillet over medium heat with coconut oil.
- Drop 1/3 cup portions onto skillet. When bubbles appear throughout pancake, it is ready to flip.
- Once fully cooked, remove from pan and top with desired toppings.
