
Warm Berry Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/2 cup | steel cut oats |
1/2 cup | unsweetened almond (or coconut) milk |
1/2 cup | filtered water |
1/4 cup | blueberries |
1/4 cup | strawberries |
1/4 cup | blackberries |
1 tsp | true cinnamon |
pinch | sea salt |
1 tsp | coconut oil |
1 tsp | raw honey (optional) |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Vanilla Bean or Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean |

Recipe
- In medium sauce pan, include oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon and sea salt. Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
- Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Kaizen Naturals® Whey or Vegan Protein.
- Stir until combined.
- Pour oatmeal in bowl, and add fruits and toppings.
