Cookie Dough Protein Squares
|raw cashew butter
|vanilla almond milk
|organic dark chocolate, chopped
|Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Decadent Chocolate or Vanilla Bean
Makes 10-12 bars
- Combine cashew butter, honey, coconut flour, dark chocolate chunks and Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein in a mixing bowl with a spatula. Slowly add the almond milk until mixture comes together like dough. If you find your dough is too wet, add a bit more coconut flour. If it seems too dry, slowly add very small amounts of water or almond milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Once fully combined, press into square baking sheet and place in refrigerator to set overnight.
- Cut into 10-12 bars and wrap individually.
- Store in fridge.
