Gingerbread Protein Bites


1 cup cashews
½ cup rolled oats
2 scoops Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Vanilla Bean
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp  cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp  ground cloves


Makes 12 protein bites

  1. Add the cashews, oats, and protein powder to a food processor. Blend until a fine powder forms.
  2. Add the molasses, honey, and spices to the food processor. Blend until the mixture begins to stick together.
  3. Portion out into bite-sized balls and store in the fridge for up to a week.
