
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
Dry Ingredients
1 ½ cups | rolled oats |
1 cup | almond flour |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean |
2 tbsp | chia seeds |
½ tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
pinch | salt |
½ cup | dark chocolate chips |
Wet Ingredients
½ cup | honey or maple syrup |
1 | large egg |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
½ cup | melted coconut oil |
Recipe
Makes 20-24 cookies
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all dry ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in one bowl and mix well.

Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.

Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir until batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips.

Use approximately one heaping tbsp of batter and form a cookie shape with your hands, then place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350° F, until cookies turn golden brown.

Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
