Dark Chocolate Cranberry Protein Bites


2 cups dates
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 scoops Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Caramel Chocolate Chip
2-3 tbsp almond milk
1 cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup  dark chocolate, roughly chopped
½ tsp sea salt


Makes 32 protein bites

  1. Place the dates, sunflower seeds, protein powder, and almond milk in a food processor. Blend until the batter starts to form into a ball and clump together.
  2. Transfer the dough into a large mixing bowl and fold in the pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate, and seal salt.
  3. Using a tbsp to scoop the dough, roll the mixture into bit-sized balls.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
