Cranberry Orange Ginger Bites


1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp water (added one teaspoon at a time)
1 large orange zest
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely grated
1/4 cup dried cranberries


  1. Add the almonds to a food processor and blend until it’s a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the dates, protein powder, sea salt, cinnamon, orange zest, ginger, and dried cranberries. Blend again until the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. While the processor is running, add the water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture starts to glue together and form a dough-like consistency. 
  4. Roll the dough into bite sized balls and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
