Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites


1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Whey Isolate Vanilla
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp water (added one teaspoon at a time)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 


  1. Add the almonds to a food processor and blend until it’s a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the dates, protein powder, sea salt, and cinnamon. Blend again until the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. While the processor is running, add the water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture starts to glue together and form a dough-like consistency. 
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand and roll the dough into bite sized balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
