
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients
1 cup | almonds |
1 cup | dates |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Whey Isolate Vanilla |
1 pinch | sea salt |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1-2 tbsp | water (added one teaspoon at a time) |
1/2 cup | dark chocolate chips |
Recipe
- Add the almonds to a food processor and blend until it’s a flour-like consistency.
- Add the dates, protein powder, sea salt, and cinnamon. Blend again until the mixture is evenly combined.
- While the processor is running, add the water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture starts to glue together and form a dough-like consistency.
- Fold in the chocolate chips by hand and roll the dough into bite sized balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
