Berry Chia Pudding
|1 1/2 cup
|vanilla almond milk
|white chia seeds
|pure maple syrup
|Kaizen Naturals® Whey Isolate Vanilla Bean
|your choice of fresh mixed berries
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and whey isolate.
- Pour mixture into a small glass jar and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve pudding with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
