
Strawberry Mug Muffin
Ingredients
1 scoops | Kaizen Naturals Vegan Protein in Vanilla Bean |
2 TBSP | Flour of choice |
1/2 TSP | Baking powder |
1 pinch | Salt |
1/2 TSP | Vanilla extract |
3/4 Cup | Water or non-dairy milk |
Handful | Chopped strawberries |
Directions
- Combine the protein, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
- Add in the vanilla and water / milk and stir to form a batter.
- Fold in the strawberries, microwave for 5 mins, and enjoy!
