Strawberry Mug Muffin


1 scoops Kaizen Naturals Vegan Protein in Vanilla Bean
2 TBSP Flour of choice
1/2 TSP Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1/2 TSP Vanilla extract
3/4 Cup Water or non-dairy milk
Handful Chopped strawberries


  1. Combine the protein, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
  2. Add in the vanilla and water / milk and stir to form a batter.
  3. Fold in the strawberries, microwave for 5 mins, and enjoy!
