
Pumpkin Gingerbread Smoothie
Ingredients
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals Vegan Protein in Decadent Chocolate |
1 cup | Nut milk of choice |
1/2 | Banana, frozen |
1/2 cup | Pumpkin puree |
1 tbsp | Blackstrap molasses |
1 tsp | Chia seeds |
1/2 tsp | Vanilla extract |
1 tsp | Ground ginger |
1 tsp | Ground cinnamon |
1 pinch | Nutmeg |
3-4 | Ice cubes |
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
