
Protein Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
1 can | black beans, drained and rinsed well |
2 tbsp | cacao powder |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Chocolate |
1/2 cup | quick oats |
1 tbsp | cane sugar |
1/4 cup | coconut oil |
1/3 cup | maple syrup |
1 tbsp | vanilla |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
pinch | sea salt |
1/2 cup | chocolate chips |
Recipe
Makes 9-12 brownies
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and then pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
4. Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top.
5. Cook for 15 minutes and let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
