
Gingerbread Protein Bites
Ingredients
1 cup | cashews |
½ cup | rolled oats |
2 scoops | Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Vanilla Bean |
2 tbsp | molasses |
1 tbsp | honey |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp | ground ginger |
¼ tsp | nutmeg |
¼ tsp | ground cloves |
Recipe
Makes 12 protein bites
- Add the cashews, oats, and protein powder to a food processor. Blend until a fine powder forms.
- Add the molasses, honey, and spices to the food processor. Blend until the mixture begins to stick together.
- Portion out into bite-sized balls and store in the fridge for up to a week.
