Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
|1 ½ cups||rolled oats|
|1 cup||almond flour|
|1 scoop||Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean|
|2 tbsp||chia seeds|
|½ tsp||baking soda|
|½ cup||dark chocolate chips|
|½ cup||honey or maple syrup|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|½ cup||melted coconut oil|
Makes 20-24 cookies
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all dry ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in one bowl and mix well.
Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir until batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Use approximately one heaping tbsp of batter and form a cookie shape with your hands, then place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350° F, until cookies turn golden brown.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
