Chocolate Overnight Protein Oatmeal
|1 medium||mason jar or any glass jar that seals|
|1/2 cup||gluten free rolled oats|
|1 tsp||chia seeds|
|1 scoop||Kaizen® NaturalsTM Decadent Chocolate Whey Protein or Vegan Chocolate Flavour Protein|
|2 tbsp||organic vanilla yogurt|
|6 tbsp||unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk|
|1 tsp||maple syrup or raw honey (optional)|
- Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Stir well and place in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, place desired toppings on top and enjoy on your way to work or at home.
