
Chocolate Overnight Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 medium | mason jar or any glass jar that seals |
1/2 cup | gluten free rolled oats |
1 tsp | chia seeds |
1 scoop | Kaizen® NaturalsTM Decadent Chocolate Whey Protein or Vegan Chocolate Flavour Protein |
2 tbsp | organic vanilla yogurt |
6 tbsp | unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk |
1 tsp | maple syrup or raw honey (optional) |
Recipe
- Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Stir well and place in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, place desired toppings on top and enjoy on your way to work or at home.
