Warm Berry Oatmeal


1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond (or coconut) milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1 tsp true cinnamon
pinch sea salt
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Vanilla Bean or Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean

Toppings (optional)

  dried fruit


  1. In medium sauce pan, include oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon and sea salt. Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
  2. Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Kaizen Naturals® Whey or Vegan Protein.
  3. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour oatmeal in bowl, and add fruits and toppings.
