Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Balls


1 cup

rolled oats
1 1/2 scoops Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (i.e. almond or cashew)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 


Makes 20-24 protein balls

  1. Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, to a food processor and blend until a crumbly texture is achieved.
  2. Transfer the dough into a large bowl, then mix in the chocolate chips.

  3.  Use approximately 1 heaping tbsp of dough to roll a ball in your hands. Place balls in an airtight container and transfer to fridge.

  4.  Let set for at least an hour.

  5. Protein balls can be stored in either the fridge or the freezer, depending on how quickly you plan to eat them. Can be stored for several days in the fridge and for several weeks in the freezer.
