
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients
1 cup |
rolled oats |
1 1/2 scoops | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean |
1/3 cup | peanut butter |
2 tbsp | ground flax |
1/2 cup | non-dairy milk (i.e. almond or cashew) |
2 tbsp | honey or maple syrup (optional) |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
pinch | salt |
1/2 cup | dark chocolate chips |
Recipe
Makes 20-24 protein balls
- Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, to a food processor and blend until a crumbly texture is achieved.

Transfer the dough into a large bowl, then mix in the chocolate chips.

Use approximately 1 heaping tbsp of dough to roll a ball in your hands. Place balls in an airtight container and transfer to fridge.

Let set for at least an hour.

Protein balls can be stored in either the fridge or the freezer, depending on how quickly you plan to eat them. Can be stored for several days in the fridge and for several weeks in the freezer.
