Ginger Snap Smoothie


1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean
3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (i.e. almond, cashew)
1 cup chopped carrots
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp creamy almond butter
1 small chunk ginger (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
dash black pepper (to help absorb the turmeric)

Toppings (optional)

coconut yogurt
frozen berries
coconut chips



Makes 1 serving

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients together until creamy.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass or bowl.
  3. Add toppings of choice
  4. Enjoy!
