Ingredients
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals Vegan Protein - Vanilla Bean |
1/4 cup | Frozen cherries |
1/4 cup | Frozen strawberries |
1/4 cup | Frozen raspberries |
1/4 cup | Pomegranate seeds |
1 tbsp | Lime juice |
1/2 cup | Coconut water |
Directions
- Add the flat water, lemon juice and BCAAs to a high speed blender or shaker and mix until smooth.
