
Protein Edible Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals Vanilla Bean Vegan Protein |
1 cup | Blanched flour |
3 tbsp | Vegan butter or unsalted regular butter |
3-4 tbsp | Maple syrup |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
1 pinch | Sea salt |
1/4 cup | Mini chocolate chips |
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl except for the chocolate chips and mix well to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Taste and adjust flavours as desired.
- Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes to harden.
- Roll into balls or transfer to a jar and enjoy immediately!
