
Breakfast Protein Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup | oats |
1/4 cup | almond flour |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla |
1/4 cup | sliced almonds |
1/4 cup | pumpkin seeds |
1/4 cup | raw sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup | sesame seeds |
3 tbsp | chia seeds |
1/4 cup | dried cranberries |
1/4 cup | dark chocolate chips |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
pinch | sea salt |
1/2 cup | maple syrup |
1/3 cup | almond butter |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 | egg (or flax egg) |
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together until well combined.
- With a cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto the baking sheet.
- Shape and press down with your fingers as these won't spread.
- Bake for 13 minutes.
