
Berry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup | vanilla almond milk |
4 tbsp | white chia seeds |
1 tsp | pure maple syrup |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Whey Isolate Vanilla Bean |
your choice of fresh mixed berries |
Recipe
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and whey isolate.
- Pour mixture into a small glass jar and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve pudding with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
