
Salted Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1/4 cup | almond butter |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla |
1/6 cup | coconut sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1/3 cup | water |
2/3 cup | flour of choice |
1 tsp | baking soda |
dash | salt |
chocolate chips | |
Himalayan pink salt |
Recipe
- Cream together the almond butter, protein powder, coconut sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add in water bit by bit to form a smooth batter consistency.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt to form a soft dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto lined cookie sheet, top with Himalayan salt, and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 mins.
