Raspberry Vanilla Protein Donuts



1 Scoop Kaizen Naturals Whey Protein in Vanilla Bean
1 Cup Almond flour
1 TSP Baking powder
1/8 TSP Salt
1 Egg white
1 Whole egg
1/4 Cup Coconut oil
2 TBSP Greek yogurt
1/4 TSP Vanilla extract
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Raspberries (mashed)


Greek Yogurt Frosting:

1/2 Cup Low fat plain Greek yogurt
1 TBSP Maple syrup
1/4 Cup Raspberries (mashed)


  1. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl; wet ingredients in another bowl.
  2. Pour wet to dry mixture and stir well.
  3. Add mixture into donut trays, filling about 3/4 of the way. Use a piping bag (or cut corner of sandwich bag) and fill the tray.
  4. Bake until golden brown for 10-12 minutes, 350F.
  5. Once baked, allow to cool.
  6. Top with Greek yogurt frosting, if desired.
