
Low Sugar Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 cup | chopped zucchini |
1-1 1/2 cups | frozen cauliflower (depending on preferred smoothie consistency) |
3/4-1 cup | cashew milk (depending on preferred smoothie consistency) |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Decadent Chocolate |
1 tbsp | cacao or cocoa powder |
1 tbsp | cashew butter |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
1 small thumb | fresh ginger |
Recipe
Makes 1 serving
- Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings of choice (ex. fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips).
