Lemon Blueberry Protein Oats


1 scoop Kaizen Naturals Vanilla Bean Vegan Protein
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 cup Nut Milk
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch Sea Salt
1/2 cup Blueberries



  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge to set overnight.
  3. Remove the overnight oats in the morning and enjoy as is or with your favourite toppings!
