
Lemon Blueberry Protein Oats
Ingredients:
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals Vanilla Bean Vegan Protein |
1 cup | Rolled Oats |
1 tbsp | Chia Seeds |
1 tsp | Lemon Zest |
1 cup | Nut Milk |
1/2 cup | Yogurt |
1 tsp | Vanilla |
pinch | Sea Salt |
1/2 cup | Blueberries |
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge to set overnight.
- Remove the overnight oats in the morning and enjoy as is or with your favourite toppings!
