Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Whey Isolate Vanilla Bean
2 handfuls spinach
1/2  banana
 1 cup  frozen cauliflower
 1/4 cup avocado  ground flax (optional)
 1 1/8 cup  almond milk

Toppings (optional)

  apple sauteed in coconut oil with cinnamon and nutmeg
  unsweetened shredded coconut
  cacao nibs
  nut butter
  chia seeds

Recipe

Makes 1 serving

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients together on high until desired thickness is achieved
  3. Pour into bowl and add toppings of choice
  4. Enjoy!
