Breakfast Protein Cookies


1 1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch sea salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
egg (or flax egg)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together until well combined.
  6. With a cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto the baking sheet.
  7. Shape and press down with your fingers as these won't spread.
  8. Bake for 13 minutes.
