Blueberry Protein Muffins


3 cups almond flour
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 eggs
2/3 cup blueberries 


Makes 12 muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk vanilla, maple syrup and eggs.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until everything is combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Fill baking cups with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
