
Blueberry Protein Muffins
Ingredients
3 cups | almond flour |
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1/2 tsp | cardamom |
pinch | sea salt |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1/3 cup | maple syrup |
3 | eggs |
2/3 cup | blueberries |
Recipe
Makes 12 muffins
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk vanilla, maple syrup and eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until everything is combined.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Fill baking cups with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
