Apple Spiced Pecan Protein Bites


1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
10 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
pinch salt
 dairy-free white chocolate, melted


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. You may have to stop and scrape down the sides a couple times.
  2. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons at a time and roll into balls. Drizzle with chocolate and enjoy!
  3. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
