Sabrina Virdee

Bio

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, Sabrina believes that that relationship that we have with food and our bodies goes well beyond filling our bellies and breaking a sweat. She understands the difficulty of starting the wellness chapter in one’s life, and her goal is to use her knowledge and experience to empower those who are ready to turn that page, and act as a bridge between the person you are and the one you will become. Additionally, as a mother of two little ones, Sabrina know first-hand how demanding the days can be. Specializing in pre and postnatal care and family health has given her the opportunity to help many mothers and families stay healthy, happy, and well.

Favourite Way to Sweat

Currently, on a mission to grow some strong legs, here’s one of Sabrina’s favourite ways to feel the burn.

Single-Leg Curl: 4 sets of 10

Split Squat: 4 sets of 12

Romanian Deadlift: 3 sets of 15

Cable Squat: 3 sets of 20

45-Degree Leg Press: 3 sets of 25

Calf Press: 3 sets of 30

Favourite Way to Recover Post-Workout

Sabrina loves ending a good session with some foam rolling and listening to some slower old school beats, followed by some time in the sauna. And, of course, never forgetting to refuel with only the best post work out goodies.

Greatest Accomplishment

Sabrina considers her greatest accomplishment to be raising her two kids. She considers them her greatest teachers.

To Sabrina, living your best life means not being mediocre, all while eating great food, drinking fine wine, and spending time with your number ones.
