Strawberry Mug Muffin
|1 scoops||Kaizen Naturals Vegan Protein in Vanilla Bean|
|2 TBSP||Flour of choice|
|1/2 TSP||Baking powder|
|1/2 TSP||Vanilla extract|
|3/4 Cup||Water or non-dairy milk|
- Combine the protein, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
- Add in the vanilla and water / milk and stir to form a batter.
- Fold in the strawberries, microwave for 5 mins, and enjoy!
