
Raspberry Vanilla Protein Donuts
Ingredients
Donuts
1 Scoop | Kaizen Naturals Whey Protein in Vanilla Bean |
1 Cup | Almond flour |
1 TSP | Baking powder |
1/8 TSP | Salt |
1 | Egg white |
1 | Whole egg |
1/4 Cup | Coconut oil |
2 TBSP | Greek yogurt |
1/4 TSP | Vanilla extract |
1/4 Cup | Honey |
1/4 Cup | Raspberries (mashed) |
Greek Yogurt Frosting:
1/2 Cup | Low fat plain Greek yogurt |
1 TBSP | Maple syrup |
1/4 Cup | Raspberries (mashed) |
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl; wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Pour wet to dry mixture and stir well.
- Add mixture into donut trays, filling about 3/4 of the way. Use a piping bag (or cut corner of sandwich bag) and fill the tray.
- Bake until golden brown for 10-12 minutes, 350F.
- Once baked, allow to cool.
- Top with Greek yogurt frosting, if desired.
