Pumpkin Spice Protein Oatmeal


1 scoop Kaizen Naturals Vanilla Bean Vegan Protein
1 cup Nut milk of choice
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1 cup Rolled oats
1 tsp Pumpkin spice seasoning
2 tbsp Coconut sugar


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a pot over medium-high heat until it begins to bubble slightly.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!

Topping Ideas:
Sliced banana
Chopped nuts and seeds
Nut or seed butters

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
