
Pumpkin Spice Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 scoop | Kaizen Naturals Vanilla Bean Vegan Protein |
1 cup | Nut milk of choice |
1/2 cup | Water |
1/2 cup | Pumpkin puree |
1 cup | Rolled oats |
1 tsp | Pumpkin spice seasoning |
2 tbsp | Coconut sugar |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a pot over medium-high heat until it begins to bubble slightly.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
