Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bites


1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Vanilla Bean
1 pinch sea salt
1 tbsp cacao powder
3-5 drops  peppermint oil
1-2 tbsp water (added a teaspoon at a time)


  1. Add the almonds to a food processor and blend until it’s a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the dates, protein powder, sea salt, cacao powder, and peppermint oil. Blend again until the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. While the processor is running, add the water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture starts to glue together and form a dough-like consistency. 
  4. Roll the dough into bite sized balls and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
