 1/3 cup  egg whites (optional)
 1 tbsp  ground flax (optional)
 3/4 - 1 cup  almond milk
 1 1/2 tsp  cinnamon
 1/2 tbp  nutmeg

  apple sauteed in coconut oil with cinnamon and nutmeg
