Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl


Smoothie Base

100 g  pumpkin puree
100 ml almond or coconut milk
1 banana
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Cinnamon Bun
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp dried ginger


50 g chia seeds
50 g dried cranberries


Makes 1 serving

  1. Add all smoothie base ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend on high until desired thickness is achieved.
  3. Finish with toppings and enjoy!
