Pumpkin Spice Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
dash nutmeg
pinch salt
1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla
1 cup rolled oats 

 

Toppings (optional)

vanilla yogurt
pumpkin seeds 

Recipe

  1. In a medium-sized, sealable container, mix coconut milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  2. Add in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, protein powder, and oats. Stir well until combined.
  3. Cover with lid and let sit for at least 30 minutes or store in the fridge overnight.
  4. Once ready, top with yogurt and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
