
Chocolate Protein Pudding
Ingredients
1 | ripe avocado |
1 tsp | maple syrup |
3-4 tbsp | vanilla almond milk or coconut milk |
1 1/2 tbsp | cocoa powder |
2 scoops | Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Decadent Chocolate |
Recipe
Makes 2 servings
- Place all ingredients (except the vanilla almond milk) into a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the food processor occasionally.
- Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla almond milk while blending. Continue adding vanilla almond milk until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Place in individual serving cups and enjoy!
