1 scoop Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Vanilla
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp oats 


Makes 1-2 servings

1. Blend together all ingredients.

2. Pour into bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
