Whole Wheat Tortillas (Low Carb) Recipe

Directions:
  1. Blend together oat flour, whole wheat flour, Vanilla Ice Cream, vital wheat gluten, guar gum, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add oil and mix together well.
  3. Stir in water with a fork, 2-3 Tbsp at a time.
  4. Dough will be sticky. Knead between two pieces of plastic wrap (or in mixer with dough hook attachment) for 2-3 minutes. Form into ball, cover and let rest 30 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 10 pieces and roll into balls. Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
  6. Roll dough out thin (1/16-1/8 inch) between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and cook on hot griddle for 30 seconds per side, or cook using a flat bread maker (following manufacturers directions).
