Raspberry Mousse (no Sugar added)

6 (1/2 cup) servings
Directions:
  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Stir and let sit 1 minute. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Place berries, Vanilla Ice Cream, Splenda and gelatin mixture in blender or food processor. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in Cool Whip.
  4. Divide into 6 serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
**Options: Replace raspberries with other berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc) of your choice.
