Pancakes (for Dialysis Patients)

Directions:
  1. Combine flour, Vanilla Ice Cream, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Lightly beat water, nondairy creamer, egg, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated 375°F griddle (medium heat).
  4. Bake about 45 seconds: 1 minute per side.
