Directions:
- Combine cereal, skim milk and Splenda in a separate bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, Vanilla Ice Cream, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in medium sized bowl. Set aside.
- Add egg, banana and vegetable oil to cereal mixture and combine.
- Add cereal mixture to flour mixture. Stir until moistened.
- Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.
- Bake 18 minutes at 400°F.
