Directions:
- Combine gelatin and boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
- Crush ice cubes using a blender, food processor or hand blender.
- Add gelatin, Vanilla Ice Cream and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in strawberries.
- Freeze 20 minutes before serving. If frozen for longer than 20 minutes, thaw for 10 minutes before serving.
