Flour Tortillas Recipe

Directions:
  1. Blend together flour, Vanilla Ice Cream, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add oil and mix together well.
  3. Stir in water with a fork, 2-3 Tbsp at a time.
  4. Press dough together into a ball and knead until smooth and elastic (~2-3 minutes).
  5. Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll into balls. Cover and let rest 30 minutes.
  6. Roll dough out thin (1/16 - 1/8 inch) and cook on hot griddle for 30-45 seconds per side, or cook using a flat bread maker (following manufacturers directions).
**Option: Replace raspberries and bananas with a ½ cup of the fruit of your choice
