Kaizen® Creatine increases lean body mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. It also improves strength and performance in repetitive bouts of brief highly-intense physical activity by increasing phosphocreatine levels.


Recommended Use or Purpose

Loading Phase: Take 1 heaping teaspoon (5 g) mixed into water or your favourite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days. Not to exceed 5g per dose.
Maintenance Phase: Thereafter, take 1 heaping teaspoon (5 g) daily. Take separately from products containing caffeine.

Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a kidney disorder. May result in weight gain.
